- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was subjected to abuse by the older front desk ground floor staff including their manager, they refused to obtain the CCTV footage showing the abuse & blamed the job coach who did not follow process/use of a paper booklet they used as an accuse to sanction me, my records were repeatedly falsified by persons unknown after I first complained about initial rudeness by ground floor older staff & today received an appointment at 10.36am for an appointment that occured at 10.20am. luckily I got thru to a north west call centre who have arranged for me to go to an alternative... BEWARE of this place & the older ground floor staff, record your interactions if you can!By Admin, April 07, 2018
