- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We all get used to poor Customer Service but the staff at Birch Hill are EXCELLENT. i hadnt been in there for ages but firstly caught the post which enabled mail for Wigan to be posted at 1700 and arrive at 1145 the next day. The young lady was very busy getting all mail items ready for collection at the time of my arrival but she was very efficient. The McColl staff were all cheery and polite and it was a pleasure to be dealt with in such a way.By Admin, April 11, 2019
